This is not mediation or legal negotiation. It is a safe therapeutic space that helps you communicate more calmly understand your child’s needs and rebuild confidence as a parent during this time of change.

This service is shaped around your family. You can attend together or individually. Children may be seen separately depending on age need and suitability.

Joint Parent Sessions

A supportive space for both parents to discuss communication patterns decisions and emotional challenges while focusing on the best interests of the child.

Individual Parent Support

A space to explore your own emotions experiences and concerns without judgement. These sessions help you build emotional stability and confidence.

Child or Teen Sessions

Children often struggle to verbalise what they feel. These sessions help them process change understand emotions and feel supported.

Co Parenting Planning Sessions

A structured space for discussing routines communication boundaries and approaches that support your child’s emotional safety.

My approach

I work with warmth clarity and compassion. My therapeutic foundation includes person centred therapy existential psychology trauma informed practice and over twenty six years of experience supporting individuals families and young people. My aim is to help your family move through this transition with less conflict and more emotional safety.

No. Mediation focuses on legal and financial decision making. This service focuses on emotional wellbeing communication and the family system. It is therapeutic support not legal guidance.

No. Many people start individually. If joint sessions become helpful we can introduce them later as long as this feels emotionally safe for everyone.

Yes. Children and young people can receive support either alongside parent work or separately if appropriate.

You can still receive support individually. You can learn healthier communication patterns and co parenting strategies even if the other parent chooses not to attend.

Some families need only a few sessions to stabilise communication and reduce conflict. Others choose ongoing support through the first year of separation. We can discuss what feels right for you.

Yes. Everything is confidential unless there is a safeguarding risk. This includes the safety of children.
